These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the bk39 platform, including all services, features, content, and functionality made available through bk39. The Agreement is entered into between bk39 and you, the individual user. By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any part of the bk39 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the bk39 platform.

bk39 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. The most current version of the Terms will always be accessible on this page. Your continued use of the bk39 platform following any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

To register an account and use the bk39 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout your continued use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. bk39 does not permit persons under the age of 21 to register an account or use any services offered on the platform.
• You must be a human individual acting on your own behalf. Registrations made by automated systems, bots, or on behalf of another person without their knowledge are prohibited.

bk39 may request additional verification at any time to confirm eligibility. This may include submission of a valid National ID Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued identification. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the specified time frame may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending review.

Each individual may hold only one registered account with bk39. Duplicate accounts — defined as more than one account registered to the same person, mobile number, device, IP address, or payment method — are prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, bk39 reserves the right to close all but the oldest account and to void any winnings or bonuses credited to the duplicate accounts. The following rules apply to account management:

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. bk39 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.
• You must not share your bk39 account with any other person. Accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. Any evidence of account sharing may result in immediate suspension.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your bk39 account, whether or not you authorised the activity in question. If you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account, you must notify bk39 support immediately.
• bk39 may close or suspend any account at its discretion if it determines that the account poses a risk of fraud, money laundering, or any other form of prohibited activity as described in these Terms.

To close your bk39 account voluntarily, contact bk39 customer support via live chat on the website. Any remaining balance at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any applicable KYC verification and the absence of any outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds.

All financial transactions on bk39 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bk39 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. No currency conversion fees are charged by bk39. The following payment terms apply:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and account verification status. bk39 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time.
• Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. bk39 does not accept cash deposits or deposits made via cryptocurrency.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. bk39 processes withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad within 5 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed same-day during standard Bangladeshi banking hours. bk39 does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the bk39 account. Third-party withdrawals — payments to accounts held in a different name — are strictly prohibited and will be declined.
• bk39 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, including but not limited to KYC documents, proof of payment method ownership, and source of funds declarations. This is a standard anti-money laundering (AML) measure.

In the event of a technical error, duplicate transaction, or payment system failure, bk39 reserves the right to reverse any erroneously credited funds. Players who knowingly exploit such errors are subject to immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds.

bk39 periodically offers bonuses and promotions to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and tournament prizes. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published alongside individual promotions:

• Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the wagering requirement) before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable rollover for each promotion is stated clearly in the promotion's individual terms.
• Bonuses are only valid for the player account to which they are credited. Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts.
• bk39 reserves the right to cancel, amend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice if bk39 determines that a player has engaged in fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or any form of manipulation in connection with the promotion.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bk39 platform. bk39 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account and void any associated winnings if a player is found to have engaged in any of the prohibited activities listed below:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets, navigate the platform, exploit game mechanics, or interact with any feature of bk39 in a manner not intended for human users.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share hand information in card games, or coordinate betting strategies in a manner designed to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim welcome offers, systematically hedging bonus bets to guarantee a risk-free outcome, or exploiting any technical error in the platform's favour.
• Using the bk39 platform as a mechanism for money laundering, including depositing funds derived from criminal activity, structuring deposits to avoid detection thresholds, or processing third-party funds through a personal bk39 account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of account registration, KYC verification, or customer support interactions, including submitting forged or doctored identity documents.
• Attempting to access or exploit any technical vulnerability, software bug, or unintended system behaviour in the bk39 platform. Identified vulnerabilities must be reported to bk39 via the support email; exploitation of known vulnerabilities will result in permanent account closure.

Where bk39 determines that prohibited conduct has occurred, it reserves the right to void all bets and winnings associated with the prohibited activity, suspend or permanently close the account, withhold any pending withdrawal amounts pending investigation, and report the matter to relevant law enforcement or financial intelligence authorities where required by law.
